A Field based and practical International Training Workshop

International Development Enterprises (India), Smallholder Irrigation Market Initiative, SIMInetwork and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation organized a Training workshop " Smallholder Irrigation and Value Chains" - A Field based and practical International Training Workshop.
The training was held from November 16 - 29, 2003 in Aurangabad, India. The training included a lot of field work. Aurangabad is a centre of low-cost drip irrigation use in India, and the participants were able to interact with many different actors from farmers over assemblers to manufacturers.
